This whole situation makes me chuckle.
Actually Alex Coward was the one who uttered the famous "suck my balls" line and he is not DF3 - no matter how much you want him to be Waccy.

Unfortunately I don't have anything more dramatic or interesting to say, but did try to entice DF3 back with a thread that could have put his investigative skills to use again, with an "odd" result from the Belfast marathon.

Hey i got the idea from you first Sussex runner and I am sticking by it.
Actually i think about 6 of you are DF3's and about 3 of you are df3 impersonators.
I also think I'm free to speak in anywhich way i wish .
I haven't tried to stop anyone from speaking.
i've tried not to misuse the faces
and as you can see i've been highly successful.
I'm not a ranter i've only just started using the tinternet about 15 years ago so i'm a beginner i do feel you and your mate screamy person have been following me about quite a lot these past few months and taking my words at face value.

My next three races are a 10k, a 1/2 marathon followed by a two dayer along
Hadrians Wall, 35 miles each day, camping at the halfway point. Should be good fun. All these races are between now and June 24th. Do you think i'll be able to do them on my training? All i've done in the last 6 weeks is a hilly 10k, a hilly 40 miler, and a hilly marathon . ( Neolithic) I think i'm ready for Hadrian and his wall.
What about you screamy, and you sussex, how is your running going ?
