After moaning around other forums on here. I have finally found out whats wrond with me........physically not mentally
I basically have tendonitis, I remember having this in the Army, but I don't remember stopping exercise??
It's in the 2 tendons that run under the ankle on the outside of my foot. It was mildly sore yesterday but I went and done hill reps for 6 miles came home and iced it. Its still a teeny bit sore but the pain disappears when I run.
Originally it was super sore so I stopped running for nearly 2 weeks! But it hasn't quite gone, but it hasn't returned to being as bad as it was even after doing a decent session yesterday?
Basically can you train gently with tendonitis? Or is it a definite no no?
