How long is peoples run in training for both HIM and IM, 1) In winter 2) final 2 months before HIM/IM

    My longest run in the lead up to full IM is usually 22 to 24 miles - the day after a 100 mile plus bike ride.
    This is at least 5 weeks before the event.
    Others are 4 to 5 hours on the bike followed by 2 hour run.
    For half distance I usually run at least 12 miles a couple of times.
    In winter I build up the long runs by increasing by 15 mins each week.
