I'm up for a few Saturday night - need the excuses.
Chest Infection & Ear Infection wrecked weeks of run training. So I think swim, bike, walk might be in order. Blame the pre-race beer 'Golden Boots Stylee' for a shocking run performance.
I know they have ruled out MP3s on the run but I want some entertainment for the walk and I am fairly sure that a Ghetto Blaster seems to be in-bounds. Old Skool.
On the mend - and the swim/bike is a pice of cake.

Nope - if I remember rightly (which is dubious) we were kicked out not long after the race finished.....but we'd almost drank the bar dry by then
