This weekend I flew a kite!

Just thought I'd announce that at 29 years old I flew my first ever kite on Sunday!

I had the most fun I have had in a long time!

Has anybody else taken such joy from such a little thing lol?

I've jumped on Amazon and bought my own kite, I know its sad but it's ace!

  • I bought a rather nice kite from kiteworld and have flown it a few times. Decided I had to spend a bit on one as the £4.99 for 3+ years invariably fooled me and I couldn't get the things off the ground

  • YES another kite enthusiast image We could turn this into the Runnersworld Kite club. I have a feeling it may be just the 2 of us image

  • You need to get a life mateimage

  • Hey SR you're like a parrot, or perhaps I need to take heed of your advice image

  • There's nothing wrong with flying kites, having a paddle in the sea or taking the doggy for a walk. It's all good fun.
