Hi all. Ive recently begun training for a 10K run in July. I have been experiencing a pain on my left pelvic joint, the right joint works well and moves effortlessly. The feeling is uncomfortable and forces me to limp while I run since I can move my thigh smoothly (a side note: it is not a shap pain like many injuries in this forum). It always comes when I begin my run, after I run for a mile the feeling doesnt become all to bothersome yet it is still there. I have a tried streching after a warmup run and the feeling normaly subsides. To be more descriptive, the pain comes when I run and it feels like I need to strech the area, when I do nothing happens and sometimes the pain persists, it feels like its within the joint.
