not at all birks, up normal time, just don't normally log on before I get to work. However, I'm awaiting a couple of mail replies (club related) and didn't get a chance to check last night and it was bothering me....
    good luck at the i/view

  • Morning Dustin: Oh right just wondering. Cheers re interview.

    Doc says YES.........image

    good day here, but long...

I have bursitus on the knee ie fluid on the knee but crucially not infected so can do what I want still says the Doc... says it could take 2-3 months to settle and to keep an eye on it....

    So celebrated with a good session at lunch today on the grass by the Thames 4-3-2-1 sets of 400m - 1:31, 1.28, 1:30, 1:28, 1:28, 1:29, 1:28, 1:27, 1:26, 1:23, 6.6m in total...

    Take care

  • It will be interesting to see how well you are hobbling tomorrow RFJ.

FOr me, just a mile swim, and I am convinced that I cocked up the length counting a couple of times. Shoulders and arms have been aching for a few days now, I think that I must have used them a lot to pump my way round my long run when my legs weren't working. Like Nick Faldo did to his golf swing, I've dismantled my swim stroke and breathing and am starting again. Rhythm is out of the window.

    Collect bike tomorrow.
