I started running about 2 months ago and it's been very on and off because everytime I run my shins start to hurt after about 20 minutes and I have to walk the rest, it also takes the best part of 4-5 days for my legs to recover enough to run again.
What am I doing wrong? I've got cheap running trainers, could this be the cause? Or am I just so unfit that it's gonna take a while?
