Tri 247 have posted a video (it's on FB via the Outlaw page) which is 36 mins long. Have only watched first 3 mins and spotted Seren and Mrs SA in the first 45 seconds already.
Just back from boring Brussels for work. Great race reports all especially HappyChap to finish and become an Outlaw now those DNF, DNS monkeys are off your back.

It maybe my body reacting against the painkillers, infected insect bites or open water swimming at IMUK and not anything I ate at weekend.
Train day trip to Brussels was interesting & frequenting many loos, not easy when no euros for toilet lady.
Mines a bit 'iffy' but nothing more than that really, luckily perhaps I am on penicillin already !!

I've been ok, haven't stopped eating though, but that's pretty normal for me
