Two laps of Bossie front crawl the whole way in about 55 minutes I left garmin home tonight just wanted to get in the water and swim with the fishes and weeds and see how I handled it compared to the Little Piglet, improve a my confidence a little. Had a blast, no wetsuit too hot.
Single leg pedal drills and some hills this morning First time I've done single leg drills, lots of funny looks from people- has he only got one leg? Is he injured? Look at that plonker pedalling with one leg
i did 38 miles this morning at 19.61mph (apparently) and i have just had fish and chips for lunch (as i forgot my lunch) this balances out right folks?
i heard cake is good for you - infact you cant have enough cake. especially carrot cake / orange cake / anything with vanilla etc. as its part of your five a day isnt it.
Yes this is correct also chocolate is from a nut so counts towards this as well. As you know everything you ever read on the internet is true so you can rely on this as a fact?

Asking because there are a few pirate types not a million miles away from you, you might be able to get training rides with and you might want to skip to Macclesfield next year for some mischief at the DIY half with the SA’s
went with wildwill as i already followed him on twitter and have similar stories in regards to original gut size. that was the only real logic behind the selection.
although if i could locate someone closer then i guess that would be better. i fancy the DIY half but i seem to remember i had a valid reason why i couldnt go - although that now eludes me somewhat.
Will’s ace make sure you get to go round his at some point so you can meet his much better half and there dog.
You’re not that far from a few northern pirate types. Most of which will be going into the DIY thread at some point might be worth introducing yourself on there even if you can’t do the half and seeing if anyone is able to meet up at some point for rides. Some might not be able to as everyone does there own thing training wise but if you can get mates on a long ride it stop’s you going slightly mad. I’ve been to Wrexham once but was lost and aiming for Mold to deliver a birthday card to a good friend.
I need to actually make an effort in training. I'm a decent swimmer and know I could go faster if I actually tried to get better. I definitely need to spend more time in OW to get used to the conditions. For the bike I need to find the elusive non-massacring saddle and spend more time getting acquainted with Reggie. And as for running... I need a new knee.
As far as shitting in a sock - never tried, have no intention of trying, will leave that one to the those so inclined
