I'm very new to running...4 weeks old in fact. Really enjoying it so far.
I've just completed a 'Run 3K' program based on walk/run intervals. However my GPS watch tells me that I actually only ran 2.13k in the 15 minute run section.
What I'm wondering is, should I work on my pace now so that I can actually run the 3K in 15 minutes or should I move on to the Run 5K program and let pace sort itself out?
