Im at a bit of a crossroads and have had varying advice from people and just wondered what others thought. I enjoy both fell running and road running and since i started competing about a year ago have made good progress in both, now consistently finishing in the top 10 to 15‰ of all races.
I really want to take my running to the next level and finish higher/ train harder etc, is it possible do both types of running ie speed/road vs endurance/hills or is it detrimental to try and do it all? According to some fell running makes you slower on flatter races
