It might be killing you but there's a good reason why you need to wait.
What did your surgeon suggest your recovery should look like?
Killing you not to run!

that sounds like a threat RicF?
Screamapillar he is saying eight weeks or so, hitting the gym in place of running and impact but its still ground hog day in the gym.
RicF cheers, tho people are running well in to there 60 and I hope to be one of them.
