I am hoping someone can help. I had the strangest issue with my legs yesterday. Went oUT  for a 6 mile run.  (I average 40-50 miles a week). I had no pain but my legs felt like they weren't connected to my brain. they would be fine for a few minutes then ot felt like I might fall on each step.  I have decreasedmy training this week and wonder if that is the reason. Has anyone had this issue and if so any cures?
