Hi guys, Basical i just switched to a new pair of minimalist shoes Light weight flexible and have changed from Heel striking to forefoot striking. After a few runs i have noticed that my tendonts feel abit tense/stressed, they do not hurt or ache but they feel a bit different. Just s bit worried wether its The new shoes/getting used to using them on my feet.
When i woke up i got a single sharp pain for a second but nothing that felt bad.
