Hello Forum,
I was wondering if anyone might be able to give me some advice on a good running backpack for commuting purposes?
I currently use a Nike Cheryenne Vapor but I need something a bit bigger. I struggle to fit all of my work clothes into the bag for the run home, espeically when it starts to get colder for example trousers, shirt, jumper, jacket etc. It would also be great to be able to fit in lunch, possibe laptop. etc
I think I should be looking at around the 20L mark but I could be wrong.
Help me out guys!
cheers,
Matt

I'd never run with a laptop anyway - I'd not trust it to get jiggled to dust. Memory stick is a better idea - or email stuff home ?
thanks for the reply. I guess I wouldn't actually need to transport a laptop very often. I guess I should look for 20 or 25L then.
When I run home, I use an Inov-8 25l, but leave the office shoes in the office. When I need to carry a small rain jacket in it then the clothes just fit. Without the rain jacket, there's plenty of space for empty lunch boxes, or things like that.
As for laptops: As cougie says, memory stick fits easily.
Awesome, thanks for the help. Ive gone for the OMM 25L. Should have loads of space for stuff plus its got compression abilities for smaller loads.
