The only puncture proof ones I can remember we're solid ones and only good for kids bikes. I'd go with conti GP4000s every time now. Not puncture proof but I've done thousands of miles without problems.
If its car tyres from that link - I would go with new tyres over retreads.

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!
Any review of sold tyres I have read suggests a very harsh ride and loss of power.
I think Gatorskins or the like, possibly with stans sealant or equivalent if you want double protection would be the way to go.

I have a gators kin on the back wheel...occasional punctures but generally good.
Armadillos even better but slooow
