Top day here, started with a steady Parkrun (21:17 in 11th at Andover) then on to the Test Way Relay, I had the glory leg (last) and timed it just right as the presentations were being made..... so did get the glory.... we came 6th, my leg was muddy and did 48:01 for 7.18m.

Pizza and massage needed now...

Victory 5 tomorrow (HELP)
