I am just starting to get back running after 6 months off due to injury.
I am looking to do a half marathon around March and would like to incoporate some strength training exercises into my training programme to help build strength and hopefully prevent injury.
So if anyone can recommend anywhere I may be able to find a strength training programme or a web page where I can see what exercises I should do it would be appreciated.
Ideally I would like to be able to do these exercises at home.
