Hi DL20 they will be at 3.5m , 7m, 10m and its all 330ml sports cap bottles. because when its cold you don't want cold water spilling down your top hope that helps.
If it is a rubbish day and you are looking somewhere for the family to go whilst you run then I would recommend Holly Farm, which is just off the A6. As well as being able to see the animals there is a play area and cafe.
Get of the M6 onto the M55 signed posted Blackpool.
Get of the M55 at junction 1.
On the of ramp stay in right hand lane and take the third exit on the roundabout which is the A6 Garstang Rd.
You will then come to a set of traffic lights you need to turn left onto the B5269.
Once on this Rd follow it till you come to a T junction at the junction turn right but with care as there is a bit of a blind spot. Once on this road follow it without turning of until you come to the Derby Arms Pub turn left and go along this road for just over half a mile and take the second turning on your right into the event site where you will be advised by a steward where to park and please listen to the stewards and park as tight as possible cheers.

DON???T FORGET GIVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME TO GET TO THE EVENT AND PICK UP YOUR NUMBER AS THE RACE WILL START AT
It will be 12 noon but there is a caf?? in Elswick at about 9.25miles just up from the little park and it sells great ice cream. Perfect family sets before the start has a trip to caf?? and then to the park for a play and see dad as he passes and then into car to see dad finish.
Gutted to say our house has been broken into today so can't travel for the event - have to secure the property, get locks changed, sort out 101 other things, so my entry is available for anyone who wants it. Not sure if I need to do anything else other than say I won't be turning up. Not happy....
Tim I will sell your number on the day and transfer your number over to my other race the valiants half marathon on the 19th April if that ok. Hope you get it sorted and the little shits didn't take to much all the best Alan T.
Thanks Alan, much appreciated. They didn't take too much but left a hell of a mess. Unfortunately I can't make the 19th April but maybe next Jan? Thanks again and have a great event -sorry I can't make it.
Hope all of you are ready for sunday and get either PBs or seasons best. The start is 10.30am on the dot, and if any runners world entrant has not received a final instruction sheet just have a look further back on this post. See you all sunday and don't leave it till the last thing to get to the event as it will set of on time with or without you good luck Alan T.
Hi Alan, looking forward to Sunday and didn't get final instruction sheet but have noted details further back in this thread so will be fine. Veggie hotpot please! Thanks, Alison Cardwell.
I'm keen to take Tim's place (see recent post above), and have messaged Tim direct to see if the opportunity is still available. If his place has already gone, good luck to everyone running tomorrow. Come to think of it, good luck to anyone running tomorrow regardless!
Hi Ian, just replied to your message. Sorry for the delay, too much to sort out still.... Looks like the weather should be perfect tomorrow so good luck everyone. Tim
