First London Marathon

I'm running my first London marathon next April and was after some advice on where to stay. Will probably be travelling down the Friday before and staying 3 nights. I've read somewhere about "school houses" but can't seem to find anything on the internet. Many thanks for any advice given.

I think some schools in Greenwich do this scheme to raise funds for the school.
