Hi folks need a little help, am intending to follow training schedule from magazine this year, it keeps referring to training as a % of "maximum effort level". Can someone please tell me how I work out my M.E.L. Many thanks
Google max heart rate and max working heart rate. There's a calculation for working out your max HR but it's not that accurate for everyone. Best to do a max HR test yourself.
