Newbie

Hi all hope you are all well! I am new here so go easy on me! I am a new runner and have done very little exercise in recent years. I say im a new runner but I'm not completely new to running I have done a bit on the treadmill and used to do some running but only about 1.5 miles at a time. Am looking to start a fresh and really get into it but have found that when I run now I get a pain in my lower back that I struggle to carry on with. Does anyone have any advice on how to tackle this and how to start running? Apologies if this has been brought up before. Aaron
