I'm not usually one for running races without medals at the end to show off. Would anyone recommend this as a race to blow me away enough to compensate for no medal?
We obviously all have different reasons to run. To me this is one of the best races in all of Southern England, if not further afield. The route with good weather is stunning. It is a better route than the Grizzly as it is all on the coast.
Having said that I like the fact that it is so low key and easy to enter. So if a lack of medals and t shirts keeps the crowds away thats fine by me. Just stand near Branscombe, look west and tell anyone who will listen "I ran from all the way over there". That is enough bragging rights for me.
