Kale is great- Ironically I had it a minute ago.. I eat it 3-5 times a week; most likely with brown rice and black beans. Sometimes I cook it with spinach, garlic and add some chilli and olive oil on my plate! Hungry again!


  • I agree about the benefits of Kale but getting hold of it isn't always straight forward!

    PS My dad has it as part of his diet for a degenerative eye problem....
