best bluetooth running earphones

I have just completed my first half marathon and whilst the crowd around the course was great I could have done with music to help me along. I have tried running in the past with headphones but the cable really annoys me, so I am looking for a pair of Bluetooth running earphones that are comparable with a iPod nano. I am looking to spend around ??50 on a decent pair. Any suggestions will be welcome.
