thanks everyone, not been out for the last couple of days, the cream the doctor gave me seems to help take the edge of the pain along with general pain killers not too bad. Hope to get back out there next week as my friend comes back from her holiday so just been resting this week. Next week is going to be our week 1 well thats the plan anyway, just see how things go for a little while. At least were both up for it, well until the weather gets too bad anyway.
