I know a lot of people will say 'proper' porridge better etc but I don't the consistency of it and prefer RB as it's smoother. Is it still suitable as a pre run breakfast?
Yes, absoulutely. It's easier to digest for a start and probably has a similar nutrition content.

Ready Break is just finer ground porridge oats so it's absolutely fine.
Ready Brek makes your tummy glow too.
Regular oats don't do that.
Ok think I will get some then, not had it for years but now it's getting colder I need something more than my usual fruit and yogurt!
