anyone know how far the meet point is from Richmond gate? I was thinking of parking there and adding an extra couple of miles but I think it might be quite a way...

Around 3 miles Birdypie if you follow the track around the park. Prob. 2 miles if you cut across country.....in which case keep right of Spankers Hill Wood....nice.

Spankers Hill Wood....hmmm I think I remember that from Nike 10km. Wouldn't want to get lost in there...sounds very dodgy!

Does anyone know the best place to park on Sunday,and what time I should arrive to get a parking space, get to the start etc.

Also, if I am aiming to do 4 hour marathon, should I run in 9.30 or 9.00 miling group?

There's a car park right there - that's where we're meeting. It's a pretty big one too, so there shouldn't be too much trouble parking. Go up the hill from Kingston Gate and it's there on the right, after about a mile.

And just do what you feel you can do on the day!
I would imagine that getting there at 07:30 or before will be fine.
