Lunch on the go

Good afternoon all, 

I spend a lot of time in the car with my job and am finding the selection at services increasingly depressing and am bored of my homemade options. 

Has as anyone good any great packed lunch tips that don't require reheating etc??

Hi Dave,

I find John West tuna 'salad' (mixed with pasta and a few veggies) invaluable as it is well packed , cheap  and even has a fork provided. Plus it is good nutrition.

9 Bars are superb along with a yogurt or fruit.

Peanut butter and banana sandwich on decent seeded bread or make up a salad box with boiled egg etc.

If your car has a lighter plug water could be boiled for instant soups, rice etc.
