dodgy leg

hi everyone, hope you can help.
About 4 weeks ago after a run, the front of my thigh at the top started aching, I thought Id just pulled it so didnt run on It for 2 1/2 weeks but it hasnt got any better.Today I only managed to do half my run and Im doing a 10K on Sunday.

Please Help
ps. I already wear orthotics and motion control shoes.
