    Time flies...Hope all is well with folk.  Sorry, about the injuries Nathan - hope they've cleared up by now.  Had a few problems with both calf muscles a few weeks ago (seemed to be soleus muscle in one and further up and to the side in the other leg).  All seems to be fine now.  Got some orthotics which seem to be really helping.

    Been busy with the running - did my first 10k in May and another 5 mile race a couple of weeks ago with a PB.  Half marathon training going well.  Long run now of over 8 miles.  Over to London tomorrow - tickets to Wimbledon - but hoping to get out for a run in Hyde Park maybe.  Off down to Brighton at the weekend so would love to run their Parkrun.  

    Really hope Trueblue that you're still at this running lark (and I'll be 40 next year too!).  I think once you can crack 2-3 miles, it really does start getting addictive.  Good luck everybody!
