Hi Caz - this may be a bit late but is there any chance of being thrown a gel or being given a kick up the *rse by one of your wonderful supporter groups?
Last time I did VLM I missed the Mudchute team completey. Heaven only knows how as they had a water bootle of gunge waiting for me....
Hi Caz, you're going to hate me, but can I sneak in late for a cheer and a hug? I've been struggling with injuries and totally forgot to sign up, and you were so fabulous last year that I could really do with your support again. Think I was the last one through and you were still there waiting for me.
If it's too late to be part of an actual group don't worry, I'll just come over for a general hug and cheeriness as I come past!
Oh, I've snuck on quickly at work so I'll go back and read the thread tonight and catch up with everything
And if anyone fancies a cracking meal at reasonable price go to the crypt of St Martins in the Fields a few yards away, it's not exactly a secret but not a lot of people there on raceday will know about it.
Just swerving in as a last minute supporter-without-support-group/general dogsbody. Assign me whatever jobs need doing on the day SC and thanks for taking all this on your shoulders.
Hi Hash - might need someone to take over from me at some point. Not sure how long I'll be able to stay on my feet but I should manage a couple of hours at least.
Don't forget that each group needs to bring their group number along on the day. I will provide bamboo canes to attach them to the railings
There is quite a bit left over from last year in the way of cable ties, string and balloons, but it would help me out if people could bring the following:
Knives to cut up fruit Paper plates to cut and serve them on Penknives / scissors for removing the cable ties afterwards First Aid kit - basic plasters, compeed etc. We'll leave proper first aid to St. Johns. Small bags for handing out jelly babies / jaffa cakes
Just letting you know ill be popping along but on the wrong side of the fence this year.
I don't have any requirements, unless there's a cool lager looking for a good home.
ETA should be sometime around 1.15 pm (it starts at 10.00 doesn't it?). Not having done any training im hoping to wing it in about 5.00-5.15 hours, would have done more running but don't want to aggravate a long running hamstring glute niggle. Talking of which I may need a massage
Thanks for all the hard work that goes into supporting, looking forward to seeing you all and will be buying the beers at Chandos post race.
Hi - I'm on the bench so mot going to Macclesfield as planned. So instead I'm going to join you lovely people supporting at mudchute. I'll bring some fizz cos it's my birthday. Anything else required?

am happy to hand over cash... but the last runners list somehow missed me out - allocate me a group and I'll pay up!
Hi SuperCaz, I did put my name down a few pages back, but can't see myself on any list. Can I join in please?
Bedders in Group 2
Gladrags in Group 4
Shazmo in Group 1
Sorry for missing people off. Please let me know if there are any others.
*goes off tutting and shaking her head at those who mess up the lists*

Yes Millsy by tradition people meet up at a pub called "Chandos" on Trafalgar Square! The exact address is 29 St. Martins Lane, London WC2N 4ER.
We normally take up a large chunk of the ground floor towards the back

I don't know if it'll be cool Barley but I'm sure we can manage to find you a tin of something from the Asda if you want one?
How will we recognise you?
Quick noddy question.... are there 5 support groups in total? (just trying to work out if I am going to the last group on the road).
There will big numbers for you to aim at
