This probably sounds daft but I'm a bit concerned.
I have had back problems in the past, may be twice a year. Anyway I've put myself out of action for 10 days (advise from my Chriopractor).
I've got the Rome marathon coming up in March, the schedule feels tight as it is. In terms of my next long run should I keep it back to what it was the Sunday before last (17K) and how do I build back up?
I'm planning on swimming in the mean time to keep myself ticking over.
Oh and I'm just getting over Plantar Fasciitis - calf stretching is the key to my recovery.
