Plantar Fasciitis advice - newbie

Hi all I've only recently got back into running, and have been running 3 times a week for the past few weeks. My training has been going well, and I'm up to 6-7 mile runs. Unfortunately though, I have all the symptoms of PF image I have a very active job (care assistant) and am on my feet constantly, which doesn't help. My question is, should I stop running and rest my foot for a week or so? Or can I continue running, as long as my foot lets me?! It's frustrating because I've signed up for a 10k race in a months time.... Thanks in advance image
