Missing longest run due to a race - marathon

Hi I am 4 weeks a way from my 2nd Marathon and I am following the Bupa Advanced Schedule (for the most part).

However I'm due to run a 10 km race tomorrow instead of my 22mi.

What would be my best option:

Run the 10km and then 15 miles when I get home (or perhaps some bike to avoid injury) 

Ditch one in favour of the other.

Or simply run the 22 mile another day.

    Do the long run next week instead.

  • Will that be allowing enough tampering time? (I know I'm not planning on winning or thing.)

    Most tapers are around 3 weeks so running 22 next weekend should fit in perfectly.
