I'll do my best for the photos. I'll be wearing a pirate t shirt and stood near the junction of A6-Dawson lane in whittle le woods. I'll let you hero's know on this forum what photos have come out . Any Chorley tri people let me know your numbers I'll snap you as well . New camera needs a workout .
We've decided on The Black Dog in Belmont for the bike and Blue Boar on Deansgate for the run for my friends and family. They'll be hammered by the end. Brilliant moment whilst looking round the bike course for best pub/locations. Whilst driving over Sheep House Lane the Mrs was commenting on how difficult it looks- cue a bloke near the top losing the battle with gravity on his way up. Me- 'yeah it's pretty tough'
crooky...I normally have an extreme taper as i get tired..i often do nothing or close to nothing for 3 or 4 weeks and it hasn't seemed to have done me any harm

There's a pub somewhere on the course, near whittle-le-woods I think, called "Dog Inn".
always make me snigger as I cycle past....I'm such a child.
Black dog is quality for watching, pub opens early and they have bacon and sausage barms for sale
Road closed just before pub so can park up before Apparently does good food for supporters and we have to slow to round corner & climb
Make sure you slow down just before black dog
thats where I came off so keep an look out for my knee

had stitches out today, just need the wound to heal now
even if I do nothing from now till the day if the knee feels ok then I will give it a go
