Thanks all glad my thread encouraged you to keep your lunch time run as well just back from my walk/run and it was great. My knee is feeling a bit achey so I'm guessing my running shoes aren't up to scratch anymore but after icing it just now it feels okay. Will need to pop into the running shop this weekend and see what the diagnosis is.

Well done on making all those changes. I joined Slimming World nearly 2 years ago and lost 32lbs in 8 months. It's not really any different to what you're doing - lean meat, fruit and veggies, etc. Slow and steady will get you there.
