I've started a "Base Training" phase and am aiming to increase my mileage from about 25 miles a week to 35 miles a week. I'm about 2 weeks into the phase, which I expect to last about 3 months.
Is it a good idea to keep doing the 5K ParkRun during this phase? As I increase my mileage, my legs feel more tired so I imagine my ParkRun time will be slower than normal!

But a good 5k blast every couple if weeks won't do any harm.
What does the rest of your running week look like during this base building phase?

Most days it's roughly a 45 minute run (medium-slow) and then a long slow run of 2 hours on a Sunday.
Just don't expect to PB every week.
