Got a great bike ride yesterday. 64 miles at good pace. Training is obviously the answer.
Tonight is swimming. I'll even take the newly won GoPro to get a video analysis. It'll be bad.

Well I'm beginning to think that training for an ultra in six weeks wasn't such a bad idea - 20 miles this morning, negative spilt, faster average pace than yesterday, lower AHR. Nice.

And yes, LMH, yesterday's run was the longest since April. So today is a rest day! Lots of driving in the last 24 hours so another reason to be cautious.
