Felt amazing!! wasn't tired and wasn't suffering. I only headed home because I was super thirsty and had a huge hill to climb to get back.

LMH a swim sounds perfect. ....and I think you are far too modest of your capabilities....
Cloudy and cool here and what a difference in pace for effort! I had planned on some easy running and 20 minutes of hill reps but it all felt so easy in the cooler conditions I ended up doing 30 minutes instead.
What: am 3 miles easy plus 30 minutes of 20 sec hill sprints jog down pm 3 miles easy
