River Wye Swim//run Monmouth 27July

Probably the beer talking last night but I think I committed to do this. I'm not really a swimmer but the opportunity to swim down the river Wye sounds (sounded) too good, Can't see a thread about it and thought some might like to know about it.

And sounds a great family day because it is Monmouth Carnival day in town... And Monmouth music festival starts this weekend tlived

Race has options 2km swim (500m of which is upstream) + 10k run 

or 1km downstream +   10K run

or just an 11K run
