Oh, Bronze in the 5,000 in case you were wondering.
Did I hear her baby is less than a year old?
I can sense a new runners world cover coming up......
What are the chances of me wining at 49 with a current 5k pb of 23.45? As for childbirth, you never know. I haven't given up hope, yet.
People often dismiss the bronze medals, for me her comeback after being swamped in the back straight shows that her bronze probably meant more than a lot of the Gold medals that were won. Amazing achievement.
A top performance by Jo, I really thought she was going to pip the 2nd Kenyan runner to silver.

Every time I have been in a race with Jo she has beaten me!! (2 Weston Prom 5 miles, second time she was first person home)
you go girl
last lap on iPlayer, wow with around 150m to go I though she was injured she seemed to pull up for half a second, Bloody brilliant.
Well done Jo
Life begins at 40!
A gutsy last lap. Great job, Jo.
I just love the quote:
"I just can't believe it. I was finding it quite a long way - I was thinking, is this the right event?"
That made me laugh too.
Didn't think she would have enough in the tank for the 5K. Leaving it until the last 800m was too late, and I don't expect she wanted to take the lead any earlier.
Great commitment, though.
