Coast to Coast 2015

I have made the decision to sign up for this next year and whilst I have a good idea of the distances and my ability I am struggling to get a feel for the times each section should be taking. I need an idea of the sort of ascent to expect on each of both the bike and running sections. If anyone is able to give me any indication as to what to expect it will help me massively with my trainIng.
