Running Coach

Hi. Just wondering if anyone on here has a coach or has used one in the past they could recommend please?

most of us I imagine (well certainly those affiliated to clubs)
    depends where you're based

  • yeah where are you based?

  • Chunky - I'm in Newcastle.
  • Hi all,

Just resurrecting this reeeally old thread as I can't start a new one yet.

I'm based in London and am considering using a running coach to assess my form as I know it's not very efficient (I'm a tall, lollop-y runner - more giraffe than gazelle!). Does anyone have any experience / comments, or best of all recommendations?

    Many thanks

Unless you're in pain or have niggling injuries, I wouldn't worry about it - giraffe's have a top end of 60 km/h y'know. Spend the readies saved on a new pair of trainers or a few race entries.
  • I don't have any injuries, but I do want to improve. I figure some input from an expert can't be a bad thing, even if it's a one-off assessment.
