alex: haha, swimming is pretty evil in my book
what: 12 miles d&d why: I asked myself precisely that question last hard: today was sort of - legs felt heavy after S&C last night and it was quite windy last rest: Saturday lyrics: no
Dustin: Blackmoor Vale ½ on Sunday, then Grizzly 20 miles off road 2nd March followed by North Dorset Village Marathon early May, may add some more to that dependent on how I feel,
Meant to say, Wabo, my team did yours a favour in the FA Cup: you can concentrate on the league. Unfortunately Leicester need to. Will be supporting Sheff Utd tomorrow.
And good to see you again Rocky!

Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Good to see you Rocky - been thinking about you and as Alehouse says a few other absent posters.
Really had to grind out the LSR today.

Chick yes it it nice to Louise on the team and competing really well and even better as she supports the men and shouts out for us too
My legs are still a tad trashed from the XC on Sat, 3 x 2.4km (6 laps of track) 10:30 / 10:24 / 10:20 not the fastest (a tad slower than threshold).
Massage tomorrow... so that will no doubt mean pain....
Take care
