More detailed 10 week half marathon plan

I am doing a pretty hilly half marathon on 12th April and would like to follow a training plan. Previously I have used the Garmin ready plans on this site but they no longer seem available. I quite like a plan which has quite a lot of detail rather than just 30 mins easy, 100 mins long run etc.

Does anyone have any good links? I have tried a bit of Google searching but not much luck in finding what I am looking for. Current 1/2 PB is 1:59 but would be happy with under 2:15 given the hills on this one and the difficulties of training in a Scandinavian winter.
