Maybe we can talk about running posture? The old biddies have taken quite a keen interest so far so maybe they'l make mental notes and we wont see any more of the oldies doing 400 reps on the track looking like seized up ckickens?
Although its hard to teach an old dog new tricks, so maybe we'l be stuck with their 'frankly, dodgy' running action. And obviously "they know best", thats why we always beat them.
