Ran the New York marathon with Ben and had a superb time.
My medal hasnt left my hip pocket for days, I was so darn proud (that, and I was being a total show off to any american female who would care to listen)
Definately doing it again next year.
So how has the world of immaturity been since i was last here?

finished in 4hrs 11mins...frighteningly hot, and a tough old marathon. Was my first and given that 4 weeks ago i thought my achilles was going to get the better of me and forcve me to pull out altogether, im just glad to have finished....
onto the nike 10k now, and then training for FLM 2005.
will be running the nike 10k this sunday
done zero training since the marathin, and am in Wave #1...the fastest wave.... might find im a little out of my depth on this one...
anyone else there?
