Great tune Birks image so yes to the lyrics
    What: Parkrun
    Why: It's Saturday
Last hard: Yesterday: legs like lead on 5 mile hilly/undulating and felt like $%^&
    Last Rest: Wednesday

Pacing a work colleague/mate round his first Forest parkrun...more like a tough mudder today. He's done Cardiff and there was some mickey taking when discussing the runs differential of two minute on fastest time when, until about two hours ago he was insisting people were just much faster at Cardiff. No longer imageWondering what to do tomorrow
Impressed by the mileage Chicksta and hope sinus clears soon LMH

    Afternoon!

    Lyrics: no

    Good miles Chick.

What: just over an hour, 10.68k

    Why: "long" easy run.

Still wearing quite a few layers, tracksters and hat: cool wind and hazy sun.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

A walk with Grace followed by a run seems to have sorted the headache thanks.

Must be the time of year chicksta - I've been doing a fair bit of sorting too. Nice miles.

LOL at your friend SC, did you enjoy showing him the difference? image

Warmer here Alehouse - no hat or gloves and just one short and one long sleeved layer. Must be spring!

If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

    Afternoon,

Compton Downland Challange 20/40, I went for the baby option of 20.15m...... a very hilly (1600 feet assent) off road race in dry but muddy and slippery conditions, got a course best by over 9 minutes and first time of going under 3 hours there, average pace was 8:51, at half way this was 8:20, and no I didnt bank its just the second half is much hillier that the first half. That was the last big long run done before VLM.

    Take care

I don't think that first idea is too mad OH but as for the other one, well, my Danish friend sent me a link and asked if I was tempted - it didn't take much thinking about to say 'no'!

OH:  not even tempted to look at hat the Pentland Skyline run is!
